Franchesca was born and raised in Orlando, Florida; she comes from a service industry background and a strong connection within the Orlando community. Living in Orlando for 35 years Franchesca has seen it grow and go through many changes ranging from the addition of the Orlando Magic to many residential communities being built further helping the Orlando market to grow. As a professional working in the Orlando area for over 17 years, Franchesca developed her passion for working with people to help them achieve their goal by good communication and providing excellent customer service. Franchesca’s love of her hometown combined with relationships, tenacity, attention to detail and work ethic pushed her to become a part of the ever changing real estate market. Franchesca along with her partner Richard started a real estate investment company, working with investors to buy, renovate and sell properties.
In 2012 as the Real estate market started to stabilize and even incline, Franchesca decided to become a part of the Luxury department at Keller Williams, where she quickly was able to use her knowledge of the industry to become a Luxury Specialist and a Top Producer in 2013. Coming from an investment background has given Franchesca strong negotiation skills, an ability to quickly determine a property’s value, and overcome obstacles that almost always arise in a real estate transaction.

In 2014 Franchesca and Richard decided to become a part of a smaller and more personable Boutique Brokerage, Olde Town Brokers.
